What is an agent?
An agent is a team member who logs in to answer messages. Your visitors and customers are unlimited — you only pay for the number of team members who need access.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter includes the AI chat widget for your website and the AI email assistant (Gmail & Outlook), with 1 agent. Pro adds 3 agents and API access; WhatsApp and Facebook/Instagram will soon be available for Pro customers. Both plans include email support.
How does the trial period work?
You start with 7 days free. During the trial period you have full access to all features of the chosen plan. You won't be charged until the trial period ends.
Can I add extra agents?
Yes. With Starter an extra agent costs €29/month, with Pro €25/month. You can add or remove agents at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the extra features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current month.
Is there a contract period?
No, there's no commitment. Cancel monthly. Start with a free 7-day trial.
