What is an agent?
An agent is a team member who logs in to answer messages. Your visitors and customers are unlimited — you only pay for the number of team members who need access.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter includes the AI chat widget for your website and the AI email assistant (Gmail, Outlook & your own domain), with 1 agent. Both plans also include Telegram and the integrations with Shopify, Slack, Zapier and webhooks. Pro adds 3 agents; WhatsApp and Facebook/Instagram are coming soon for Pro customers, at no extra cost. Both plans include email support and unlimited conversations.
How does the trial period work?
You start with 7 days free. During the trial period you have full access to all features of the chosen plan. You won't be charged until the trial period ends.
Can I add extra agents?
Starter includes 1 agent and Pro includes 3. Need more? Get in touch and we will find something that fits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the extra features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current month.
Is there a contract period?
